RACE SCHEDULE
6:30 a.m. - Registration Opens
6:30 a.m. - Buses Start for 5k
6:55 a.m. – Buses Start for 10k
8:00 a.m. - 5K Event Begins
8:45 a.m. - 10K Event Begins
PLEASE NOTE: 5K and 10K races have separate parking, registration, and bus pick-up locations. Please be sure to go to the correct location on race morning. Click "View Larger Map" in each map to see a detailed map and get directions from your house. Click "Directions" on the larger map to get directions from your house!
5K INFO:
5K participants will pick up their bib numbers and board shuttle buses at the registration - location TBD.
Where can I park? PARKING TBD
First bus departure? 5k starts at 6:30AM
Last bus departure? 5k - 7:30AM
How do I catch the bus? Free bus transportation to the start line will be provided - location TBD. You must display your race number to get on a bus. No one without an official number will be allowed on the buses. Upper Bear Creek Road will be closed to all traffic and there will be no parking available at the start locations. The buses will transport runners from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for the 5K events and until 8:00 a.m. for the 10K events. If you miss the bus, you miss the race!

How do I catch the Bus? Free bus transportation to the start line will be provided - location TBD. You must display your race number to get on a bus. What happens if I miss the last bus? Can I still get to the start? No, if you miss the bus, you miss the race.
How do I get to the start on my own? It's a fairly long walk to the start, so we recommend not missing the busses.
Will there be a sweat truck? There will be a sweat truck at each starting line, which will depart 2 minutes before race start
Where is the sweat truck at the finish line? It is by the bathrooms nearest the actual finish line
Where do we get timing chips? Timing chips are on the bib--DO NOT BEND THE BIBS
Will there be a photographer? To be determined
Can I bring my dog? Yes, but they need to play nice on the bus
Can I bring my jogging stroller? Yes, it will need to fit easily on the bus
Are you wheelchair friendly? The 5K is, please contact the race director before heading up
Where do I get my shirt? Shirts are handed out after the race. Follow the path into the Lake House from the finish line
Do I need money? We have t-shirts for donations at the end of the race AND there will be food trucks with coffee, snacks, & beverages, so you might plan to bring a few dollars.
How do I get back to my car after the race? PARKING TBD
I registered online but didn't get a confirmation? If your name is on the list, you're in luck; otherwise, you'll need to pay today, but contact the race director (contact info on website) to follow up after the race.
Can I register day of the race? Yes! - location TBD. There's no registration at the Lake House.
My friend isn't running and I'm taking their place. Can I have their number? Not on race day as we have no way of verifying the number change.
Is there recycling? Yes! Bins are around the finish
